What we keep, and why.
The short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply and build for you, we count visits without cookies, and if you want your details gone, one email does it.

What we collect
When you fill in the intake, send the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what you give us: your name, your business name, how to reach you, and whatever you tell us about how your business runs. That’s it — no hidden profiling, nothing scraped.

Where it lives
Enquiries land in our email and on the pipeline board we run ModernEyes on — the same systems we’d build for you. They’re hosted with reputable infrastructure providers and reachable only by us. We never sell your details, and we never hand them to advertisers.

Analytics without cookies
We count visits with a cookieless analytics tool so we can see which pages help people. There’s no ad tracking on this site and no cookie banner because there’s nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it
For as long as we’re talking, working together, or reasonably might again. If an enquiry goes nowhere, it gets cleared out in our periodic tidy-ups.

Your say over it
Want to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted? Email fahad@moderneyes.uk and it’s done — usually the same day, and you won’t have to ask twice.
